Leaky Inlet Filter For Outback Sack

The inlet filter squirts water from the threaded connection when I start to fill the rear sack. Just going through the trouble shooting process now. New boat and dealer is working with me over phone. Anyone seen such a thing?

probably missing the o-ring.. I lost mine this winter during winterization! I hear you can get one at a hot tub / spa dealer..
