Does this fit the horizontal bars on the Outback V tower? They are not exactly round and I am having a hard time finding a solution.

Yes. I had a 2007 Mobius LSV with everything and it mounted to the horizontal crossbars just as the wakeboard racks do. My tower was the same.

My fault for not checking back everyday. Anyone else interested, my email above is the quickest way to contact me. You mentioned more pictures. If anyone is seriously interested I can take detailed pictures. I can tell you it is 10 out of 10 in condition. No kidding. Not one scratch on it.
