Flame Arrestor Replacement

Have an 03 LSV with the 5.7L FI 330 HP motor. Where can I get a replacement flame arrestor? Are these filters cleanable?

I have been looking into replacing mine with a K&N... They have info on their site.
I ran a K & N in my Tahoe for about 70k miles.. kinda hard to tell much difference..but I think it was a little better. Other than that, check with your dealer..
