How in the "H" do you get all the water to drain from your boats? I pulled the plug, put an 8" block under the trailer jack, then jacked the trailer up all the way. I still had water in the front and in the back under the motor.................

A wet shop Vacuum would work but I use a big sponge and bucket.

I sometimes take the plug out and let it sit on the boat ramp for a bit, and floor my truck from a stop. That helps some, but I doubt you can get all the water out. Unless it is salt water, I don't think it matters if a little water is in it.

Problem is water gets trapped under the center bag, so just take it out every once in a while

Seriously, under the center bag is the worst...I bought a hand pump from West Marine
http://www.westmarine.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/producte/10001/-1/10001/125196/377%20710/0/hand%20bilge/Primary%20Search/mode%20matchallpartial/0/0?N=377%20710&Ne=0&Ntt=hand%20bilge&Ntk=Primary%20Search&Ntx=mode%20matchallpartial&Nao=0&Ns=0&keyword=hand%20bilge&isLTokenURL=true&storeNum=11&subdeptNum=75&classNum=168

But still unless you suck the water out every time you end up with "slime" under the bag...such a mess
