Rinker 266 Vee

Has anyone out there had serious problems with a 1998 Rinker 266 Fiesta Vee? I'm new to boating and about to buy one - I'd appreciate any tales of woe!

I for one don't know anything about Rinker.

But if it safely floats and you have access to it in the Channel Islands...how can you go wrong? Wow!

Might trade my house, truck, and moomba to you for it.

My previous boat was a 1988 Rinker 186. It had the 4.3 liter 175Hp OMC Cobra outdrive. We had absolutely no problems with that over the 5 years we owned it. It was incredibly reliable. We just sold it about 5 months ago and took delivery of a new 03 - Outback. Good-luck.
