View Full Version : 05 XLV perfect pass install trouble

Hi all, I'm trying to install PerfectPass but I have an issue. The brass L bracket that connects the throttle cable and the PerfectPass throttle cable hits the bottom of the fuel rail (I think that's what it is anyway). This prevents the throttle from going to neutral.

Anyone seen this before? I emailed PP support...but it's sunday so I thought I would check.

in case anyone is curious, PP replied. I apparently have the wrong part for the throttle linkage. Not sure what they are doing yet...but I'm glad I wasn't being dumb!
