Broken rear seat 03 Outback

I have an 03 Outback with a broken rear (the removable one) seat. The part that is broken/bent is actually the black (plastic?) base under the seat. Anyone have an ideas on how I would go about getting this fixed or if it is a part I can buy from Moomba?
