My dealer is working with a local machine shop on the boardracks. The
rack is "soon" ready. I have know idea of the cost. They want me to
mount it to my XLV, test it over a few weeks and give him feedback so we'll see. If that goes well its going into production.

They do have a tower mirror bracket that is the bomb!! The guy uses a cnc process on it and carves the logo of your boat on both sides of it, then its chromed It looked so factory that I thought it was a new option from SC and if I did'nt already have one that I like I would get one of those for sure. Its a solid billet aluminum arm with a cresent moon clamp....it does'nt have an articulating arm or multi swing points. I get a pic if I can......

You dont think the round remote will look odd?

I think it will cover the molded area of the current remote. However, I think it would look and be convinent to use if install on the wall above the arm rest. The function of the remote is amazing you can see whats on and change source's and know whats about to play, radio station, cd track, Sat station....It's way better than the current remote.

Gross!!!!!!! Nice wheels, but this just gives me one more reason to not like Tige boats. I hope I don't offend anyone, but I'm not a fan. I sat in one at the boat show and felt like I was going to rip a hole in the seat just by sitting on it. It felt like they wrap their seats in Saran Wrap. Also the gunwhales are all vinyl and there are hardly any cup holders with very little storage under the main cabin seats. I think Moomba is a better deal, better made boat any day. Just my $0.02.

I've seen that steering wheel upgrade before. Doesn't the supra one accept the Moomba center? I thought it did, and does the supra one need anything or does it bolt straight on. Lastly why change again, the Supra one was pretty sweet?

The center is just a domed sticker that is replacible and for a while I had a small inferiority complex between the two boats (Moomba vs Supra)that is now a fleeting memory. However, now that is all behind me. I still like the finer things and if I see "bling" it goes in the boat.

No the steering wheel bolts right up, however the 06-07 SW will go with the bottom collar because the 08 SW has a different bolt thread size and was shipped with the correct collar.

I change because I can and I also enjoy making my things stand out, not for others to enjoy but because I am a .... "in the details" type person. It is in the details that I find style, beauty and class. The Moomba brand is finally getting the respect that it deserves.

Like I said.....with enough money, you could put wheels on these things and drive them down the street!

Aquaholic, please post pics, especially of the new remote, when you are done.

I'm not sure if I'm going to go with a Kenwood head unit for my stereo upgrade, but if I do, I definitely want to get that digital remote if it looks good in the factory location.

If I do get a new wired remote, I will probably move the existing remote over the swim platform like the new Tige's have. We spend a good deal of time just soaking in the water near the boat and it would be cool to be able to control the stereo without getting out of water.

We have enjoyed having the remote on the transom. As you said its very convinent for the occasional cove float. I'll gladly sell you my extra remote thats new in the bag along with my Kenwood 4058 HU and the 2 that are in the boat now.
