balast setup

going to start surfing soon. have a 2003 lsv(new outback v-same hull)
how do you have your surfing balast set up?

On our 05 LSV - center bag full, 100# in the nose, 400# port locker, 2 people port side, play with the wake plate to clean up the curl, speed 9 - 10 mph.
