I had a very slight drip out of my transmission this year and when I took the hood and rear floor section out the drip was not coming from the seal. When I took apart the coupler plates there was a small amount of oil in between them and the plate mounted to the output shaft of the trans had a small amount of play. This seems to be the problem, but does anyone know how tight the lock nut (the one that holds the plate to the shaft) should be?
