Well, It only took me the whole summer, but I finally completed our decal replacement. Let me know what you guys think :D

Boat: 2003 Mobius Ls
Decal: 2007 Mobius Ls Tribal (2 dealer decals total $206+tax)
Installation: Have a pro do it! (Total $100)

Details: I wanted to set the decals as far back on the boat as possible while keeping it out of the waterline when the ballast was full to give the boat a different look than every other boat on the water. The pros did a great job. The decals are about 8 inches further than I expected, but I beleive that was my mis-communication with the installer.

I am extremely pleased with the look though! I've already received a number of positive comments from other wakeboard boat owners on the water and ramps.

Picture Order: Top Original Decals / Stripped decals / Street level decals / Full Ballast afloat.

Like the new decals better... like the muted silver better than the brighter colors with the blue hull.... Congrats..

Props to you for the new graphics! Definitely like them better. Funny, when the boat is out of the water the graphics look to far back but when in the water it couldn't look better. Enjoy.

B - The new decal gets my vote. Red and yellow give it some pop. Dark gray follows the hull contuor, creating a nice visual line. Have never seen a Moomba with this decal. Pretty unique. Like that trailer, too, with the stainless fenders. - Deerfield :D

I would've placed them a little more forward from where you have them. But certainly does not look bad.

Buttafewcoe,
I totally agree. I just had a small mis-communication with the installer. I think another 8-10 inches towards the bow would have been perfect. All in all, I am very happy. I got the funniest comment from a friend of mine the other day at the lake. he said," the old decals made it look like the barbie dream machine. Now it has a more modern edgier look" I lol........ :D

Looks great. The new decals really update the look of your boat. Did you order these decals through your dealer? I may be looking to update the graphics on my boomerang.
Thx.

I ordered them from the dealer. Take a peek at the top of the post. I listed the expenses of the deacals and install. It was about $300 or so. Just make sure that when you take your old decals off you clean the sides very well to remove dirt and debris. This will help with the decal adhesive......post some pics when you decide to update the decals..... Hope this helps .

New decals are sharp, but I think you need more speakers: :)

yager97,

I think this is the info your looking for. I hope this helps out

Corona California. I beleive the color is (6001) Pacific blue, but its best to contact them direct and see if they would send you some color swatches to be sure you choose the right color.... They should be receptive to you mixing a couple of colors to give you the look you want.

Hope this helps.... post a pic or two.... when you make your selection...

WOW! I have a 2002 LSV. It had the same graphic. "The Barbie Dreamboat" LOL. We took that graphic off within the first year. It is still currently without graphics and after seeing your post, I am now excited to git-r-dun. It looks sweeeeeeeeet.
Did you order through your local dealer?
Are you aware if there is a website where factory graphics can be viewed?
Thanks for the inspiration!!

There's a guy that's been trying to sell one-- in GA or NC or somewhere-- with the same old graphics. I think you just showed him how to get his boat sold. I really like the new look.

Had that on my 03 and think it took 2 weeks after buying to remove that "Barbie Dreamboat" --boat is still naked 6yrs later with the new owners

First glance i thought it should have been more in the middle. After looking at it for about 2 minutes i love it now!!!

Had a similar thought. It definitely looks right on the water. On the newer LSV's the graphic is farther forward but they also have an LSV at the back to change the size of the space. This one looks great on the water.

What part number did you use? I am getting quoted 274 per decal which seems super expensive.

Where did you find a place that sells this decal? I have the same one that I am trying to replace.
