First inboard ski boat and it is kept in a garage that will never drop below 38 in the winter so how extensive should my winterization be and how can I do it on my own without the $300 bill?

the owners manual that came with your boat covers all the basic questions as long as you can change oil you should be good.

I believe there were some tips on here last fall... search older posts on winterization.. Did mine myself last year.. changed oil, drained all water out of the block, treat the fuel with StaBil (make sure tank is FULL), I changed the oil in mine before I parked it too. I think manual recommends fogging the cylinders... I did not, but I think it helps prevent rust inside motor..

Ditto on both posts above. Your Indmar manual walks you through the process.

Each fall I've parked mine in a basement garage in VA for the last 8 years. That's the total extent of winterization. Parking it. But I am absolutely sure it never gets to freezing in there.
