If you just need data, go to this site:

http://www.ufpnet.com/

Select the axle category. They show a kit 07007 that includes the bearing and seal numbers on my 99 outback single axle trailer.

I actually took mine apart 2 years ago because I had a bad seal, wrote down the bearing numbers, and just now double checked with the chart to confirm. Also, the brand of bearings is PEER.

If you received the little brochure "Service Information for Trailer Buddy Axles by UFP" within your boat information packet, it should also have bearings listed and cross reference numbers for several seal manufacturers as well. The brochure is also on-line under the separate axle Maintenance section of this UFP website.

Mine is the 2900# to 3750# axle and here are the ACTUAL part numbers on installed on my axle:

Inner Cone: L68149
Inner Cup (race): L68110
Outer Cone*: L44649
Inner Cone (race): L44610
( above are all PEER )
NOK part number for Seal: AD2527E ( I have replaced these seals via the dealer at $3.95 each )

Seal: 233-168-SP2-1 ( OD is 2.33 inches; ID is 1.68 inches)

Cross ref. # for Seal in brochure: CR part number 16657
Another seal option: National part number 473317.

* Note about outer Cone. The original brochure ( and also within the ONLINE BROCHURE ) both have what appears to be a misprint, calling for a L44949. It is really a PEER L44649, as indicated in a table in the Axle section on the web link noted, and also by my physical inspection of ours.

You probably want to get new cotter pins also.

Just for information, I had to call the Boatmate guys to expedite fulfillment of my dealer's order for the seals. They were real helpful, but they all needed a little push.

With this information maybe you could find a bearing specialist or parts store in Kpt, JC, or Bristol that would carry these by part number....

Better yet hopefully at least one boat store in your area would carry the boatmate trailers and stock these part numbers.

Otherwise, maybe you could call the Boatmate outfit directly ( near knoxville I think ) and get them to connect you with a set...
