Anyone know if the standard boat lifts will support my outback V will about 2,000lbs of ballast in it. jw because i dont have the v drive sacs plumbed out and its a hassle

I think a lot of mfg make a 5400lb lift that would probably work. Locally in MN, Vibo, and Floe come to mind.
My concern would be deformation of the hull while on the lift. Even if you run bunks the length of the boat, instead of the more common V-bunks, that much weight could cause some strange loads on the hull when on the lift. Might be cheaper to invest in a better filling/emptying system and go with a cheaper lift (3600lb).

I totally agree - the lake is supporting the ballast evenly, the lift will cause undo strain on the hull in the areas where you have doubled the weight of the boat.
Get the water out before lifting. I'm SURE you would void any warranty by doing this.
