I'm considering getting tower speakers. Can you really hear them from behind the boat?? Also anyone know of a good lighting system? For the tower....

Yeah, tower speakers with a decent amp will have you rocking on the board.

Another vote for the Wet Sounds PRO 60. Nice looking and well designed. I have two on the tower. Plenty loud and a bit smaller than the PRO 80. No lights yet so can't help you there. Good luck.
