I will be at Lake Billy Chinook July 8th thru 14th. We will be camping at the Deschutes campground at Cove Palisades site #'s B3 and B4. Anyone who is in the area feel free to stop by. I have an 06' Red/White Outback and my parents will have a Black/White 06' Malibu LXI. See you there.-Matt

Hi Matt,

We were just there, this past Friday thru Monday, stayed at one of the cabins right on the shore, near the marina. That is the way to go! Also rented a boat slip that was within 50' of the cabin so I could keep an eye on the boat from our front porch. Having the boat on the water just steps away from the cabin for the 4 days was priceless. Had great weather as well. See pics below.

Have a great time.

Note in the pic below that I've raised the height of the bimini by putting longer straps on the front and opening the bimini at the "storage" height. This gives me a little over 6' of headroom so that I don't have to duck under it.

What a nice offer. Most Moomba owners I've met are good people. How very generous of you to invite us into your vacation.

I was in Sunriver a couple of weeks ago and wanted to take a drive around an look at the lakes. I have heard good things about Billy Chinook. Have a great time and be safe.

Dave

It's either $70 or $80 per night, plus $10 for the boat slip. Problem is, there are only three of them and they are extremely popular. All three are already booked solid through August, other than a single day here and there.
