What stereo should I buy??

Hey I have an 05 XLV gravity games. Right now I am running a wetsounds threesome off the tower with a JL audio 450-4 amp. For my sub I have a Kicker 10" L5 with a kenwood mono 1800w amp. The stock stereo only has one set of pre outs and I would like to upgrade so I dont have to split everything and so I can adjust the boat speakers so they are not so loud when someone is riding.
So I bought a kenwwod KDC-X491 head unit. I got this because It has three pre outs and they are at 4 volts. The problem is:

I dont want to lose my remote controls on the dash and the transom. With this unit I lose the controls. So to you guys and gals that have good systems what stereo head unit are you running?

Still using the kenwood w/ remotes, but used a combination of series and parallel for wiring the system up so as to be able to 'balance' sound throughout the boat.
