Well if you are a big person like my self (over 275lbs) I highly recomend Shoreline wake boards. I ride the 7'6" board and love it plus it is the only board that can support my weight. Now my kids just love the Shred Stixx.

I have the Coex 4'4 and the whole family rides it with no problems. We just started surfing this year and my 13 year old is doing 360 spins and can ride rope free forever.

use to a hyperlite landlock that rides 6 feet away from boat, thicker... heavier... longer... my inland surfer youe ride about 9-11 feet away, at 2mph faster and it's wider... shorter... and thinner... totally different feel from my buddies board we all learned on

i got the coex 4'4 but it seems like it is more for just riding behind the boat and not doing tricks and stuff. is there a better board for more tricks

I ride the CWB tsunami. This is the board i learned on. Never rode another board so i cant compare but i have to say i like this board alot. Its all in what you get use to IMO.
