Decals Coming Off

The decals on my '99 Outback are starting to lift off. They are the second set and were replaced by the dealer after the original owner had the gelcoat redone. Any suggestions on reattaching the areas lifting? Thanks.

Once they start peeling almost better to go ahead and replace. You can try a small amount of contact cement, apply to both surfaces and reattach. Do not use super glue. If possible, you can trim the part that has detached.
