Its a few plugs, the raw water pump cover, and fuel stabilizer.
It gets real cold in KC so rinsing with anti-freeze is up to you. Section 8 of your manual is all the dealer is going to do.

Getting your ballast drained is just as important. Ice is not the problem, it is the expansion when freezing that breaks things. A little Ice in your ballast bags or tanks won't hurt if the water has the room to expand.
