250 is correct if they are the original factory bags.

need more weight.

i run 2 400's in the back along with pop-products. they are really a neat product because they come in 10 40 pound bags of steel (NOT LEAD) shot. you can easily move them around to where you are needing more weight.

You are correct on the stock bag size. I also have a 2002 LSV and I put in the Fly High 400lbs V-Drive sacs. I had to cut a few extruding screws and change the connections from the foot bed style to the new ones, but I would do it again in a heart beat!! There is only about an inch of clearance at the back of the hull when the bags are completely full. I am farely sure that you can not fit a bigger bag in an 02 model. When mine are ful, they are in there tight!! The wakeboard wake goes form pretty good to "O dear Jesus....followed by a high falling faceplant!" We wakeboard with them about 3/4 full and are still tinkering with the surf settings.

just take the fitting off the 250's and they will go directly into the 400's.

wakeside, barts, overtons and so forth carry the bags. they are all about the same price.

i personally use wakeside the most because of the free shipping, right now they have $3 buck 3 day shipping and the bonus points rewards program.

This depends on the type of fittings that were put on your boat. Mine came with those horrible blue screw on "foot bed" style fittings that hooked to the factory bags. The new fly high bags use the connectors that come on the newer moomba models. Which fittings came with your boat?
I ended up with 6 of the bag fittings and six of the 90 degree fittings. I added a vent valve/overflow tube to my bags which was the reason for the 2 extra bag and 2 extra 90 degree connectors.

Here is where I got my sacs.

Here are the fittings:

If you need any pics of my setup, please let me know. I ground off a couple of screws that I was worried would damage the bags as well as removing the cover that covers tha gas filler hose. IT stuck out too far and was simply cosmetic so I removed it. The last thing I did was added a vent valve/overflow to the third inlet on the bag to vent the air out of the bag, plus act as an overflow if the bag fillers is left on.
