What year?
Skiers stops making replacements after 5-7yrs so based on age you might have to find a local shop.

3M makes some pretty good repair kits. Most vinyl cracks because it gets dried out and becomes hardened/brittle with time. Try to use some conditioner on it to keep it pliable or softer if you don't want to try a repair kit. That might slow the crack or tear from spreading. Search up some online vinyl repair topics. Lots of them out there.
