I have a '04 moomba LSV and recently have had problems steering. the steering wheel gets very tough to turn, there is a lot of tension. I am thinking it is the steering cable, but not sure. has anyone had this problem, and if so is it a do it yourself job, or something that is better taken care of at the dealer?
