Injectors Not Spraying

2004 Outback with 5.7 EFI. Had this problem a couple of years ago whoch turned out to be a bad fuel pump. This time fuel pump is working, primes & sends fuel, but the injectors aren't doing their part. Obviously, there could be an almost endless number of causes, so I'm really just hoping to find a few that I can check. That way, I can either remedy the problem or eliminate possibilities. I'm mechanically competent but electrical issues confound me!! Which leads to my "stupid" question, where's he damn fuse box in this boat?!?

Look under the steering wheel, or by the batteries.

Also a bad crank position sensor and/or cam position sensor will cause the injectors to not fire.
