This popped up when I was looking through some videos. These guys are nose riding some old style boards. Different, but looks fun.

Looks fun. I’d love to try and hang ten toes on one of those.

I know Phase 5 makes the KAHUNA. It's a 8' long. Probably around $600.

Not sure how much I would use another $600-700 board.

I have a 2015 Ronix Koal Classic I will sell. It's a longboard good for cruising with a beer in your hand.

I have a custom longboard from soulcraft. Round 6ft tall and one mondo single fin.

Fun to ride as you can ride for miles and miles but takes a TON of arm to pull up and kind of a pita to store on boat.
Fun for a different ride a few times of the year but I'm with others in that I don't know if we ever got our 3 bills out of it....

If I remember correctly, I think they were riding a 10 ft long board in the video. I did like the part where they had two boats making a double wake in the middle. That would be cool to try to cross back and forth between.

Years ago we surfed our 12' SUP behind our DD without Ballast, the 10'6" boards in the video look a lot more nimble especially with the tiny fins. This past weekend my daughter wanted to try 3x on the Landlock but we were unsuccessful making me think we should pull out the SUP. I'd definitely like to learn how to successfully nose ride.

We dug out my 9' long board that hasn't seen the light of day in over a decade to give hanging 10 a try. Turned out to be harder than we thought but had a blast trying. We could surf all over and recover from way back in the white wash with surprising ease.https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230816/4852d7e266f6eafcec6cb2c672c995f3.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230816/714c5776571af7602e674033911c5544.jpghttps://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20230816/82aba86354233ff20e5389e22f737ee7.jpg

I got my " big board" a liquid force rocket 5ft 4 in board out last week and tried to ride it after reading this thread. So slow and sooo much work to keep it in the pocket. Better off on the wahoo if I want to just stand there and ride.

That looks fun. I really like that running man impression on his "dismount "! LOL!

Wife and I have a chaos spooner 6’ longboard. She really enjoys it for a cruiser. It is set up with thruster fin boxes. What we have found is running the chaos flare fins and removing the center long fin significantly reduces drag and makes the board much faster.
