I'm in the market for a new wakeboard. I have spent two summers on an old Hyperlite directional board. I am 6'7" and 220 lbs. I have reasonable experience but am not advanced by any means. Im looking at possibly getting an Obrien Player 143. Does anyone have any feedback on this board? How it would work for someone my size and beginner/intermediate skill level? Maybe other board suggestions? Thanks.

My brother in law rides an 2006 O'Brien Vision and really likes the board. I could not believe how wide the board is. I rode it and loved it as well. I am still waiting for it to get warm enough to ty out my O'brien Natural. I have had is since Christmas and it is driving me crazy!!!

Here is the URL to the Vision on wakeworld

He bought it as a blem from overtons. The bindings were really comfortable as well.

I ride a 138 player with 3D bindings. I love the board. It holds well and gets great pop. I dont think you will be disappointed if you buy one. Also you cant beat the price on the 06 model.
