User requesting access

Hello admins and miss, there appears to be someone who can’t get access to the forum somehow. He has reached out to me via PM since that is his only way to communicate apparently. He seems legit and not a bot as he is responding to my PM’s like a human lol. Any help? Seem below from a PM to me:

Seems there is an issue with the forum as I’m getting members from another forum I’m on ask me to see if an admin here can look into activating their account. This is a PM from a person on another Yamaha jet boat forum I’m part of:

I am in the same boat as the guy you posted about today. I haven’t received the validation email. I even tried creating a second account using a different email and never received it there either. I know there isn’t much you can do but just reaching out so if you hear back about the other guy you could keep me in mind.

Drew said they’re aware of the issue. Right now they are focused on the new site stuff but hopefully after that they can get the forum software stuff fixed. It’s a bit difficult for them right now but they’re aware and will get to it when they can.

So is this issue not letting them make a post, when somehow bots and hackers/scammers are able to get through? Though I must admit I haven't seen nearly as much of that lately as I used too.

Yea not sure how the boys get through. The new users can read the forum and even PM me but they just can’t post without the validation email.
