Tragic loss to a motorsports icon. Praying for peace to his wife and 3 children, the rest of his family and friends.

I was really in absolute shock. He was posting about rebuilding an Audi with his daughter that morning which I thought was really cool and then watching the news last night, it led here locally (Utah) and just shook me. Ken was not only a great driver, he was also a Supra owner/enthusiast and made a lot of surf videos and spent a lot of time at Lake Powell. For someone to have completed so many crazy stunts and had very few issues to go out the way he did was really a huge surprise to me. The snow conditions he was snowmobiling in were challenging in that it was extremely deep new powder but he seemed really skilled. RIP.

sad to see. always loved watching the Gymkhana videos. some mad skills.

anyone else notice that there seems to be a LOT of people in the "entertainment" industry passing in the last few weeks? seems like the news feeds have someone every day recently...

Such a tragic loss. I loved watching all of his stuff over the years. My son used to work in Park City and met him a couple of times and said he was a really down to earth guy. So sad.

That is pretty cool. I recall reading about his DC Mtn Lab going to auction.

Those guys build their own snowboard hill for testing and recording videos before the neighborhood and activists made him take it down. Too funny.

My kids loved watching the gymkhana videos and told my wiffe to do smoky burnouts like Ken Block does. She had no idea what they were talking about but it was not uncommon for her to come home from work to us watching him drift and play in his cars with the surround blazing and making house shake as he bou ced his cars off the rev limiter. Loved the skill and ability. Lost a cool guy right there.

Just watched this last week, outstanding watch.

Also loved the Ken block custom Supra SL’s from 2018 and 2019.

Devastated when I read it. He was such an inspiration to the automotive and racing industries. Seemed like a really cool guy to hang with and I feel so bad for his daughter and family.
