Been so wet and cold, lake overfull, floods etc. and it snowed here 2 weeks ago! Supposed to be Summer here.
Generally we're out latest mid Oct but a very different year this year.
Took some time off during the week to enjoy a brief bit of sunshine.

Cheers BruceR, Melb Australia.

Nice looking weather for sure in the picture. What are you riding? Hard to tell from the photo angle.

Riding a Moomba 2014 Mondo 25kg lead upfront, had it since new.
Pic is of my wife with chest mount gopro.
Saw maybe 4 boats for the whole day!
That day was 24degC and sunny, since it's been 15 - 18 degC, rain and hail mixed with occasional sun. Usually it'd be around the 28degC mark and we'd have been out 4 odd times by now.
Hope you guys get some wet weather soon as I understand some of the lakes are pretty low.

Was your wife on a wakeboard or ski?

How many Supra/Moomba dealers in AUS or how are they sold?

Wife was on the wakeboard, not bad for us oldies (50yo and up).
NO INVERTS tho!!! We'll leave that to the kids....
Only the one Supra/Moomba dealer in AUS, RideAustralia.
Mostly Malibu/Axis is what is common around here as far as new boats, a couple of dealers in Victoria for them and also one for Mastercraft.
Boat prices are ridiculous here tho, 1/4Mill for a boat these days, nicely optioned compared with our 2014 but too freaky putting them in the water with all the yobbos around. Also there's enough stress in the family getting off and on the trailer with ours although we've worked out a process that suits us and all remains calm.
Just about having some fun and a great day out.
I surf only, when I say surf, no rope happy to cruise up down the wave and that's it. Did try a 360...made it 180 only hahaha....

Your lake looks a lot like our mountain lakes here.

I had a rope with a sinking handle and you could easily see it 25-30ft down. However they are fed by snow melt so it does take quite a while for them to warm up.

@Bergermaister - Not as pretty as yours with the snow capped mountains in the background! Lake Eildon is fed from some snow melt from Mount Buller but too far away to see it and it's probably a hill compared to your mountains. The water clarity is generally 10 to 15ft, did have to chase a dropped fin off of a Ronix surf board some 12ft down once. Never dropped it again......!

@HFarr - Good to see I'm in some respectable company then!
I drive the boat, play music that the kids cringe at and surf a little. Wife is determined to wakeboard and quite enjoys the ride even if quite sedate. I of course attempt to encourage her to try jumping the wave but she's too sensible.....

Have to say it is rather funny watching people stare at the Moomba signage and wonder what that's all about.
Must say the gelcoat finish on these boats is better than the others I have seen from other manufacturers.
