Fuel Sending Unit

Does anyone know where I can find a replacement fuel sending unit for my 2005 Moomba Outback? The dealer says they can’t find a replacement part that fits my 28 gallon tank, just the original size unit that’s in there. It is undersized so is constantly reading low fuel. I want to replace it with a larger or longer sending unit that will read more accurately (more fuel) to reflect what’s really in the tank. Anyone have any links, sizes of where I can find a replacement part?
