I have to just express a quick vent or rant that my wife brought up about my Fusion MS-RA70 head unit. "Why is everything on it so freaking hard to find in the menus? I hate this radio". And you know she is right. Why can't there be a simple button on the faceplate somewhere that says AM/FM, and or BT/Aux? She was just trying to take it off my daughter's BT phone connection and turn on the FM radio. You have to know how to scroll through the menu screens, and if you are looking at that radio for the first time, nothing on it is intuitive. Are all the Fusion head units this way? Just saying....

I agree completely. I was trying to connect my daughter this weekend. Experienced the same frustration. You would think they could create a user friendly app where all could be accomplished.

Garmin is notorious for bad menus!!!! They make a solid product from a hardware standpoint but the software has always left something to be desired.

Fwiw the Sony in my last boat was horrific. Pairing a phone was 20 min of digging.

It's just a simple task. No phone app or scrolling through touch screens required. Sometimes the plain and simple things, in this case a button, are the best.

This is more true than most people know. I was forced to upgrade to a RA210 this year and it is exactly the same. Arrow button then turn the knob...why so many steps?

It's ok if you use it all the time, but first time people using them hate it. It's a rabbit hunt.

It was definitely aggravating when we bought our boat and couldn't pair with bluetooth because there were too many devices stored in the head unit. There was no clear way to find the devices so we could delete them all. Took 15 minutes of hunting to find them.
