Looks like a throttle position sensor issue.

What is the SPN code #?

SPN91…..?

Yes, SPN 91 and FMI 16. Any ideas on fixes? Everything seemed to be functioning fine.

Going to guess an intermittent fault, but I would notify dealer ASAP so at minimum they can order a new throttle position sensor in case yours goes bad.
