I have a 2019 F150 and tow a 2018 Moomba Mojo.

Tow the vehicle has been no problem.

My shocks however have worn out already.

Looking to improve these over stock and make my towing experience better.

I知 not looking to lift my truck the goal is improve my towing.

Thanks for any help.

I want to start with shocks first, As this mos my
Current need.

sure there are lot of replies and opinions. I replaced all 4 on my old '00 f150 heavy half. I used the generic autozone replacements and put 10 years and thousands of miles both empty and towing on them. they worked good. truck had some squat but not as much as most with the 3/4ton undercarriage.

did quite a bit of research on my old '16 silverado to level it out. never ended up doing it but most everyone I came across suggested bilstein 4600's stock or 5100's lifted as a replacement.

sandm is right.
The Napa, Autozone shock are typically Monroe generics and actually work well.
Rancho are always too stiff and don't last in salt conditions of the north.
Bilsteins are great the 4600 (yellow) are a good factory upgrade. The 5100 (silver) are mainly for lifted but you can get stock sizes. They like a little preload and will tow great but a little stiff when unloaded.
A rear sway bar would be a great upgrade to balance your towing better and help stabilize the rear putting less lateral stress on your rear shocks. It is not cheap but it was a big difference on my 1 ton.

Timbrens. I put them on my tundra for towing. Definitely helps with keeping from bottoming.

I researched all the shock options pretty hard. Landed on Bilstein but they were super back ordered. So decided on Fox which are American made. I like them but they are stiff. If you want a truck to ride like a truck lol take a look at Fox.

I used AirLift helper airbags on my F150 when hauling regularly.

I知 not lifting the truck. I really don稚 care how it rides when not towing as long as it痴 safe and not bouncing around on the highway. I値l take a look at the timbrens also. Been looking at the 5100. I値l see what fox has to offer.

I put on the helper bags as well, 2013 F150 with Max Tow option. I pulled my 21 Mojo from Georgia to Texas with no issues and around 40-50psi in the bags. They keep the truck level and smooth, while still allowing you to have a "smooth" ride when unloaded.

Air Bags in the rear are your best bet.
The tongue weight on the mojo is likely higher than your truck is rated for (different discussion I wont' bother with it now) but adding air bags in the rear will stiffen the rear up and eliminate the squat and the pogo stick effect that's causing your shocks to go bad so quickly. It's not a function of new shocks.

Thanks for all the responses and also for steering clear of blasting me for towing with an F150. Lol

My plan is to replace all my shocks with bilstein 5100 and add airbags.

Any specific airbag setup y’all recommend???

Just depends on what you want to spend, the one I linked earlier is bare bone but will get the job done, you can go from there all the way up to self leveling automatic bags if you tow a lot or don't want to mess with it.
Airlift makes a good product.

Airlift of Firestone bag are nice.

I have used the manual version and the air valve replaces a license plate bolt. It can be a pain to use a compressor to adjust but the cheaper route.

The auto version is nice but mounting a compressor and wiring etc. can be a hassle.
