Hi all,

I have a 2019 Moomba Mondo, just purchased last month. Has 180 hours if that and has worked the 2 times I have used it since buying. Went to use it today in this 100+ degree heat and it wouldn't start. Everything else turned on such as blower, radio, screen, you name it. Boat would not turn at all, wasn't even making any turning noises trying to turn on. Just flat out wouldn't turn on

Tried everything, to turn it on. Replaced the batteries and that wasn't the issue. Checked all breakers and they were fine also.

Noticed the starter 20amp fuse blew, replaced it 2 times and it blew both times. After that tried 30amp fuse which didn't cause it to blow, but still didn't start (might of fried the starter if it wasn't fried already)

Any thoughts about what might be causing this issue?

Thank you!

If you are blowing the starter fuse, the starter relay and/or solenoid is triggering to ground. Either could be bad or the starter itself is bad.

Check the starter wires....the cable could have come loose from vibration and spun and is touching the engine block.

Agree with that. If you blew two 20 amp fuses back to back there is something grounded out.
