Hi. I have a 2005 Momba Outback LSV. There’s a drain plug at the back transom. I have a lot of water in the ski locker and it doesn’t seem to be draining anywhere. Does anyone know if there’s another drain plug and how do I get that water out of the ski locker??
Thanks

The 2005 LSV only has a transom drain plug.

Maybe something clogged up somewhere?

Inherent defect for those years. I think the fix is in that thread.

Although not the smartest thing, but what I did is pull the plug right after pulling the boat out of the water on the boat ramp and let it drain while pulling the boat up the ramp slowly or parking at the top while the boat is still on the slope of the ramp and let it drain completely.

I'm not sure on your boat, but my 07 Lsv had a plug that went from the ski locker to engine compartment. I could take it out and water would drain back to the engine.

i had an 08 LSV. when sitting on the trailer, the low point is the ski locker and it will not drain to the transom drain location. the locker does have a drain hole, i felt like water from the bilge would flow to the ski locker while sitting on the water.

i plugged the ski locker drain hole.

i would get the water in the locker out with a shop vac, cuz we all know the low bow will take a roller and fill the locker with water.
