Water leaking around starter. Lsv

Took out my 2010 Moomba Lsv today for the first time of the year and i have quite a bit of water leaking around the starter. I have a video. Thanks!

Could be water filling your bilge from somewhere else and getting high enough to get in drain hole at bottom of bell housing and then when engine is running the flywheel kicks water out of the starter hole.

Does water leak from starter when motor not running? How much water is in your bilge?
