Just curious. What have any of you paid for indmar 400 oil change, v-drive fluid change, impeller change, and shaft alignment? I have just over 100 hours on my 2021, and couldn't get my 20 or 50 hour services done due to "Covid" at the dealership. I kept a good eye on everything and fluids look great, but I want the 100 hour service. Dealership said to bring it in and they would get me taken care of, but couldn't give me a price at the moment. Service manager just left! What prices have you guys seen?

Our 2022 Mojo arrives in a few weeks. I asked about the 20 hour service and they said all that was needed was the oil and filter. Quoted me $480.00. I thought that was crazy. I shopped around and a few places quoted $200 ish. But i am worried if i do not use the dealer and if i have a warranty issue, i will be put on back burner. I also asked about the 300 hour service, they quoted $2500-$3000. WTF!!

But like you, I am hoping to get at least my 100 hour service at a dealership just to have comfort with my warranty.

20 hour is engine, trans and V drive fluid change. Shaft and engine alignment plus a long checklist.

If they use Indmar labeled fluids, that is nearly $160 alone.

Get an oil extractor and you can do all fluid changes yourself.

Yes. I have an extractor and always did my older boat. I just feel like I need to let the dealer look at it at least once to ease any potential warranty claim issues should I ever have any. And hopefully I don't. I purchased the extended Indmar warranty, and want to make sure my risk of voiding it is less. Again, I take care of things and don't expect any problems.

A manufacturer or dealer can’t just void your warranty because you didn’t let the dealer “look” at your boat or change the oil.. Warranty laws are fairly clear on this…

Warranty covers defects in material or workmanship on the part of the manufacturer..this is clear.

Me personally- I service my own boat because it’s super easy and I don’t want greasy fingers and dirty feet all in my boat..In general I don’t trust any dealer..

I'm with brad with our 4 boats- 2 being brand new.
I logged the oil changes in case there was ever an issue with a claim.
we did the 20hr for the shaft alignment and at home the rest of the changes.

I am basically having the 20 hour service done. Engine oil, trans & vdrive fluid, shaft alignment. Charging me 400 bucks. Checking the impeller and if it needs it, will be extra. I don't think it will need it. After this, I will probably do all my own service.
