Over the weekend, WHILE UNDERWAY, my wife woke up from a nap after apparently having some kind of dream about the battery switch and switched it to 1+2 from the 1 position before I could even react. The boat fluttered and the check engine light went on and I got a few codes on the screen. I turned off the boat and switched it back to position 1. The boat turned on and everything was working fine EXCEPT my stereo. The head unit won't turn on and it appears the charger ports right next to the head unit don't work either. Can someone please point me in the right direction to trouble shoot this issue? If anyone is curious, I threw my wife off the boat and made her swim home. I won't tolerate her abusing my side piece  in all seriousness, i appreciate any help you can give me.

Have you checked the fuses? Surge could have popped a few of them.

I checked the obvious ones under the helm. They are good to go. I checked the fuse in the head unit. Are there any other ones that I might have missed?

There is a relay next to the battery switch that she has definitely tripped. Push the button in all the way and then find the little tab that comes out of the relay and click it back into place. Should resolve your issue.

everything else works. The screen, the blower, all the nav lights and courtesy lights.

Yep... Those will all work. Except your horn for some reason. Just flip the relay. Trust me... I have done this about 20 times already.

You’ve flipped the relay, or thrown your wife off the boat? I’m confused.

Lol! Both! Tripped the relay a bunch of times throwing stuff in and out of the doghouse and having the kids turn the battery switch as we start up. For whatever reason, when the kids turn the switch, they randomly hit the red button.

I have definitely heard from the wife a number of times about my driving though. Not in this boat but in a Four Winns ski boat we used to have. It could definitely whip the corners a lot better than this one does.
