Just curious. Anyone know if the 2013 Outback V came stock with switch operated ballast tanks? If not, what’s the best aftermarket ballast setup for this boat? Thanks!

Yes, mine did........three switches: right rear, left rear and middle

I should have said that they are ballast BAGS, there are no hard tanks on the OBV
