2016 Supra SA450 Factory reset to fix Bluetooth

When I try to connect any phone (tried multiple iOS and Android) it says “pairing canceled” about 1-2 seconds after tapping to connect. There a 5 devices already paired from prior owner and I click to delete then confirm delete but they don’t delete.
I’ve tried power cycles, unplugged head unit under dash and reconnected. I’m stumped, there’s nothing in the menu to do factory reset.
Any ideas?

You will have to get a dealer to flash the system and remove those other devices.

Depending on dealer they might mail you the flash drive to do it at home.

Funny mines doing the same and I couldn’t figure it out either.

Dealer sent me a download link that skiers choice provided them. I put file on blank USB, forced the update and Bluetooth works!

Very nice! Did they provide the sequence to the update? Can't quite remember how it goes. Something key off, insert usb, key on then key off then crank. Or something like that.

Key off, usb in, hold top and bottom left buttons, turn on key.
Boot loader screen will load.

17 has autowake? My 16 doesn’t. I think it’s model year specific. I would hate to brick your boat operating system.

I got mine from the dealer off his computer, maybe thenext44 has it.

I believe all personalized and rider settings are reset as well. Take pictures before doing the flash reset.
