We recently purchased a 2019 Moomba Makai and would like to know how to go about transferring the warranty into our name. The previous owners are not being helpful. Can someone tell me where I even need to start? Any help would be appreciated!

Can someone tell me where I even need to start? Any help would be appreciated!Start by going to your closest Moomba dealer, they should be able to help you transfer after you prove sale.

Previous owners have nothing to do with the warranty transfer. It’s up to you and nearest dealer as mentioned.

You have appx 2 weeks to complete and pay for the transfer. It’s roughly $1000-1500

The powertrain and boat warranty are separate fees and I don’t think the Boatmate warranty is transferable

Do you happen to know if they purchased any of the extended warranties? There is a 7 year in the motor/power train, and also one for the electronics/sound system. I am sure the serial numbers could verify all that. Get a dealership service department to help if there is one nearby.

Boat needs to be purchased within the “endless summer event” to qualify for the indmar 7 year.

My 2018 only had a 5 year
My 2021 qualified for the 7 year.
