2018 gauges not working- pls help

We just purchased a 2018 Mondo with 55 hours on it. The previous owners had it winterized and in dry storage. When we took it out for first time the gauges didn’t work (for speed, depth, trim and ballasts) ! It was obvious that it had been in storage for awhile and wonder if there could be a simple reason why it isn’t working? The connection to the battery did seem loose and when tightening it the radio went off until put back in original spot. Appreciate help as getting it in a boat repair shop is out 4-6 weeks!

1. Loose battery cables
2. Perko battery switch has build up inside - move back and forth to clean off contacts
3. Breaker/fuse tripped
Under dash and ballast unit is under engine cover
4. Check bus bar connections - tighten as needed
5. Charge battery(s)

If it sat in storage the past 2-3yrs, batteries are probably weak, even if on a maintainer.
