Congrats, enjoy the boat. Mine didn't come with a lot of options either. So, I spent some cash:

amp and wiring kit from Circuit City
iPod craddle from Crutchfield
2nd battery from Sam's Club, connectors from darvex.com
perko switch, strainer, and depth finder from dealer,
fenders, lines, air pump, etc from Overtons
etc
etc
