Hey everyone.

What is the optimal pitch and roll everyone is at for their surf wave?

My 07 doesn’t have the tabs, but I downloaded an Inclinometer on my cell phone. Going out tomorrow and would like to see if it works.

Thanks.

8.5-10 pitch and -2-4 regular. 3-5 goofy.. those should get you something if you have enough weight. Adjust speed as well, 10-11 normally

Thank you.

I have rear 800's and 400' mid. I usually put 400 extra human ballast in the bow. We have a good surf wave, but just want to see if getting the pitch and roll numbers changes my wave. I usually run Non surf side at 50% and Surf Side 100% with some more human ballast.

My opinion - If you're just trying to clean the face of the wave, or you're trying to get a bit more length, (but less push) or you're trying to get bit more push (but less length), then adjusting pitch/roll as Knox's advice is the way to go. Be aware however, that I've seen many veterans, who have the '07 put +3000 lbs into it. You're pretty much running stock values (or even less if you're draining a bag to 50%). Everything I've read on here and in my own experience confirms that Moomba's need weight for their wave to really come alive. Something to consider if these adjustments don't give you what you want.

Try to hit these numbers the best you can while keeping everything as full as possible and it will get better.

Knox helped with my Mojo and it made a huge difference goofy side - need to get some good pics this weekend

keep in mind, if using a stick on shaper, those numbers I suggested won't be perfect. List to the surf side while adding weight everywhere is key.

Hey guys.

I was told to run non surf side a bit less to list. However, I’ll try filling all 100%, move the human weight around to get the numbers close.

In total I will have 2000# of ballast plus human ballast.

Excited to see what it does. And I do have a mission delta that I use.

4000# in the mojo.
9-9.5 pitch. Flow tab on position 3. All lead and people on surf side (-3 degrees list)
Wife wouldn't throw the rope but had it.

Goofy wave looked the same. Move 400# lead to goofy side all people. Listed 4 degrees
