Hot sauce clearly has vinegar in it.
Just need it slightly acidic to remove calcium deposits.
I use carpro Ech20 diluted 10-1 with distilled water then add an ounce or two of white vinegar as my wipe down spray.
Typically don’t need vinegar with the ceramic coating, but the small amount of vinegar cleans the bits I didn’t ceramic coat, like the surf pipe and plates, other stainless and chrome bits.
Ech20 with vinegar is very good and very economical.
Next bottle I mix, I will try 15-1, 10-1 requires a dry buffing pass to polish it 100%.

I have really really bad water spots from my river water, straight vinegar doesn't do much or acid for me but this stuff works the best for me.

We use babes products. I add a cup of vinegar to my gallon of boat bright. Works perfect.
