2008 Moomba LSV cruise control stuck

Greetings
I have a 2008 Moomba LSV.

My factory crusie control is stuck on 2900 rpm.
The Moomba Cruise switch is OFF, but I cannot get above 2900 rpms.

Once I get to 2900, the Moomba Cruise green light illuminates, and I cannot go above 2900rpms.

Any ideas on how to disconnect??? I never use it and don't need it.

Anyone experience this???

Disconnect the plug under the hatch where it connects to the cruise actuator. Or, find the fuse and pull that.
