Carrying a SUP on tower

Does anyone carry a stand up paddleboard with them on their boat? That’s an activity my wife likes to do and I can’t seem to find racks to attach to a tower. Any ideas?

I have seen a few post on this site about guys modifying DaKine surf board racks to there tower to hang a full board under the bimini. Not sure of your tower but I'm sure a little thought and effort and you can make it work.
