Moomba XLV Height in Water

Good Morning from the East Coast!

I know there are a lot of threads on trailered height and fitting in garages but this is a bit of a different question. We are buying a house that has a dock and I'm trying to figure out clearance on the water for my 2009 XLV. The issue is the roof for the dock is flat and not gabled so it's tight (maybe impossible.)

Any idea what the height is from waterline to top of tower with ballast drained?

Assuming it fits while floating, if we were to try and add a boat lift what is the height from keel to tower?

Don't know anything about the LSV height, but you may have to cut a skylight in that roof and then build a doghouse over it for your tower. Maybe get creative and make it into a table or something.
