Second time out and noticing the wake plate randomly going to the full down position. Anyone else has this happen?

What position are you running your battery disconnect switch in? Assuming you have dual batteries, only use 1 or 2 not 1&2 and see if it starts working normal.
My Mojo did the same thing, did some digging on this site and found that info.

Not to sure what you mean by 'randomly'? What speed(s) is it happening at?
I'm not too sure about the '15's, but with my '17 Mondo (and current Kaiyen) at idle and slow speeds the wake plate was always at 100% (down), then when I accelerated to higher speeds the wake plate would automatically adjust enough so that the boat wouldn't porpoise. This happens to get the boat on plane. Surfing and wakeboarding with AutoWake is a little different as the wake plate starts at 100% then sets itself to the percentage you last set it at and will repeat after every start.
On another note... along the same lines as Holdmybeer was mentioning, if your wake plate was stuck at 100% (which mine did twice) and you are unable to activate it with the lever on the steering wheel, shut the boat off, turn your battery switch off, wait, then back on again, turn the key to 'run', let the plate cycle and then start the engine. This will reset the plate.

Single battery right now, this is how it was built. I have the materials to upgrade to dual batteries, just haven’t done it yet.

Randomly as it it is 100% random when it happens. I could be in the middle of sailing at WOT or idling around or with cruise set, no rhyme or reason to it whatsoever.
My 15 Mondo is very basic. Manual flow surf tabs, no Autowake, wake plate is manual. It’s not sticking, moves every time I adjust it.
Example, I will set it all the way up, my son gets up and is surfing, wave starts looking different, look down and the wake plate is all the way down.
I also noticed when I turn the key to run, it will cycle from up to down, start to come back up about 1/2 way and then go to the full down position.

My 15 Mojo has manual tabs also and my plate did this to me also. Running with 1 battery instead of 2 "fixed" my issue.
You only have 1 battery, so not going to matter.
The other thing to check is the settings on the screen. You have a surf enable mode that could be messing with you. Basically the boat is trying to help you get on plane while surfing and in-turn is messing up your surfing.

Can’t find any surf enable mode. Can you help me navigate to it?
