Have an 08 Mobius LSV. Want to increase ballast weight but bags I ordered have top input and my current hoses are short and attach to the far end of current bags. Current are also long cylinders and new ones more of a cube.
Is there a good option that has the input output hoses in the lower back or for those who upgraded do they just use an external pump.
Wave is great as is but only if I have a heavy neighbor sitting on the back edge.
Thanks.

A couple of these and some more hose and you can run the lines wherever you want.

Also can grab them at lowes or a plumbing house/

You can also order custom bags from several vendors who will put in fill and drain ports anywhere you like for not much more than factory bags.

Customs are certainly a way to go, but with a significant cost compared to a standard production of similar size. I dont know the details if the 08 ballast like I do other systems, but if the system is unit aerator fill pumps, the most ideal locations for a fill port, is on the top. Lowering the port on a back panel as the new sac's height grown, means the aerator pump has to push through the filled sacs, to get it full. This adds head pressure to the pump, and further slows its flow. Hose is inexpensive. Id replace the hose from the source to the sacs with the proper length, as long as the dimensions of the sacs achieve what you want.

Do you have “lead” bags? Buy 10 of the 50lb ones , they are great, require no set up and can be moved wherever needed.
